Al-Nassr VS Al-Okhdood: will the 9-0 slaughter happen once again?

  /  RichardYan

Al-Nassr will go up against Al-Okhdood at the Al-Awwal Park on Saturday in another round of the 2025-26 Saudi Pro League campaign. The hosts will be looking to continue their perfect start to the season and maintain their place at the top of the league table.

Al-Nassr were in top form when they hosted Al-Khaleej last time out, securing a 4-1 win to make it nine wins from nine league games this season and return to league action this weekend after a one-month absence, aiming to pick up where they left off. Jorge Jesus’s side, currently four points clear of second-placed Al-Hilal, have won 17 of their last 18 games across all competitions and remain optimistic about continuing their strong run as they seek to end a six-year wait for the league title.

Al-Okhdood, on the other hand, are enduring yet another nightmarish campaign, having won only one of their nine league games this season and sitting level on points with second-to-last placed Al-Fateh. The visitors, who shared the points in a 1-1 draw with Al-Shabab last time out, have escaped relegation by just a single point in each of their previous two top-flight seasons and are now treading a similar path this campaign.
