Liverpool goalkeeper Alisson Becker said he misses Salah but believes the Reds have moved on since the Egyptian star's departure.
Salah spent an incredible nine years on Merseyside, leaving Liverpool this summer as the club's third-highest goalscorer with 257 goals, helping the team win eight major trophies.
Alisson also had to bid farewell to his long-time Brazil national team teammate Neymar, who retired from international duty after participating in the 2026 World Cup.
Speaking to ESPN Brazil about Salah's departure and Neymar's retirement, Alisson said: "Of course, these players brought and continue to bring tremendous help while playing for the club and national team. As long as they are still playing, they will definitely help. But life goes on. Brazil, Liverpool."
"Liverpool is a great team, we have brought in new players, and the squad is already very good. Brazil is also undergoing a renewal. So everything will continue to move forward."
"Obviously, we all feel nostalgic, and anyone who loves football feels nostalgic, so everyone always looks back at the wonderful moments these players brought to the fans. We will always miss them and hope to relive those moments."
The Reds strengthened their attack in the summer window, with Barcola and Victor Muñoz joining from Paris FC and Osasuna respectively.
Barcola has yet to score, while Muñoz has only scored one goal in seven appearances for Liverpool. Liverpool are currently ninth in the Premier League.
Meanwhile, Salah has been sensational since joining Trabzonspor on a free transfer in August, scoring seven goals and providing three assists in nine games.

I believe William Gomes will give Liverpool something Salah used to give them. Get him with Camara in January and you guys would be fine.

If Liverpool Management have been intelligent enough, they could have retained Salah who could have been a good trainer for younger players. With his vast experience in goal scoring, he could have made another Salah for Liverpool.
