Amazon will reportedly make TV series charting the life of Maradona

Amazon will reportedly make a TV series charting the life of Napoli and Argentina legend Diego Maradona.

According to Corriere della Sera, the casting for Maradona has already been done and the series will be available on Amazon Prime Video ‘soon’.

The newspaper explains Nazareno Casero, Juan Palomino and Nicolas Goldschmidt have been entrusted with playing the No 10 ‘at the key moments of his football history and personal life’.

Two films on the new Dorados de Sinaloa boss have already been released, by directors Emil Kusturica and Marco Risi.
