If Saliba & Partey didnt get injured we could ve won the league. Emery is a good coach but was never fit for the Arsenal. Besides, Emery doesnt perform magic to have no injuries and Emery would have preferred a different set of players. Dont act like he would ve had the same squad. Personally happy with the squad we have, just need a killed striker upfront. Yes we bottled the league but then again, the team on out tail isnt a childs play.

My point exactly Adam. I sincerely believed Emery would surely have won the league last season if he were the manager. Emery just needed some time to gain experience of the EPL, to know the opponent's threat and capacity plus to support him in getting the type of players he needed. Yes, you'll say Arteta but fans forget Arteta played in the EPL for over 8 years, served as an assistant coach in the EPL for over 3 years with Pep and then had 2 extra coaching years with Arsenal were we played our worst football before moving forward. That's easily 13 years of EPL experience against Emery's 1and half years before he was sack at Arsenal even after taking Arsenal to the Europa league final and missing the top 4 by just 1 point to Spur. Since he left, Arsenal is yet to play an European final. Emery spent a total net of £200m while in Arsenal yet produced one 5th place finish and one Europa league final finish in the only full season he had in Arsenal from Wenger's 6th place finish. Since Arteta took over Arsenal in 2019, Arsenal has spent over £666m in net spending, the highest across all clubs in the EPL even more than Chelsea.

is it not the same Unai Emery that was beaten 4-1 by Chelsea at the europa league final and was on 8th or 9th position before he was sacked,why didn't he win the europa to start with, rubbish

if emery was our manager , xhaka wouldnt be the player he was ,saka would prolly be still playing left back, Leno would still be at goal , white , partey , Jesus, zinchenko , saliba , rice , jorji , wouldn't be arsenal players , we wouldn't be playing ucl football...pit some respect on arteta's name...he made us enjoy watching arsenal agn
