Arsenal and Liverpool FC are both chasing Thorgan Hazard ahead of the summer transfer window, according to a report in England.

The Sun is reporting that the Premier League duo are big admirers of the Belgium international following his impressive performances at Borussia Monchengladbach over the past few seasons.

The same article states that Arsenal and Liverpool FC are monitoring Hazard's uncertain situation at Borussia Monchengladbach as the Belgian winger looks to secure a move to Borussia Dortmund.

According to the same story, the Premier League's top four rivals are ready to swoop should Hazard's proposed £35m move to Borussia Dortmund fail to materialise in the summer.

The Sun report goes on to say that Liverpool FC have been keeping tabs on Hazard throughout his fifth season in the German top flight after Eden Hazard's younger brother left Chelsea FC in 2014.

Jurgen Klopp believes that the 26-year-old could bolster their squad ahead of another Premier League title challenge next term, according to the same story.

The report adds that Arsenal are looking to sign a winger and Unai Emery is a big admirer of Hazard.

The Monchengladbach star has scored nine goals and has made ten assists in 30 games in the Bundesliga this season.
