Bournemouth are agonising over whether to cash in on Ryan Fraser this summer or risk losing the attacking ace on a Bosman next year.
Fraser's contract with Eddie Howe's side on the South Coast is up in 2020.
Fraser, 25, who has been at Bournemouth joining from Aberdeen in 2013, rejected a new contract offer last year.
Mirror Sport understands there are no fresh talks scheduled this season with the diminutive star, who is already one of the Cherries' bigger earners and is content to let his contract run down.
Fraser has been in superb form this season with six goals and 10 assists in the Premier League.
But the Scotland international is ambitious and wants to play for a top six club; he also knows he has big suitors, including Arsenal .
Fraser also appreciates he would be a highly sought after free transfer next summer when he can walk away from Dean Court for nothing - which would also allow him to cash in with a big signing on fee.
He could be open to a move this summer but it remains to be seen if any clubs are willing to cough up a big enough fee for a player whose contract is up in a year.
Asked recently about being linked to Arsenal, Fraser replied: “I'm not going to lie, it's very nice.
“It means you are are doing something right.
“They are a huge club, a massive club.”

He doesn’t have any goals or assists against the top 6, yet has 3 goals and 7 assists against the bottom 5 teams. If we get another winger in addition to him I’m fine with it, but if not I’d rather spend £10-20m more on someone younger with higher potential (Neres, Bergwijn, etc)
This is the best comment so far, if not Neres may be a gamble with Sarr of Rennes

Arsenal would do very well with that 6 goals 10 assist. Auba and laca have so much potential! But lack service!

I would definitely like to see a winger like hoon at arsenal 8 goals 11 assists is no mean feat and at 25 he still can offer quite a bit hopefully arsenal do sign him

Great little player having a good season, but I think he might be just a tad below Arsenals level.

Ryan Fraser will not get us to where we want to be! It's as simple as that for me.

He is not good enough for a club as big as Arsenal.

I hope he resigns. We shouldn't be signing players of his quality if we want to aim for top 4 and further

Wouldn’t mind Fraser, but everything so far sounds like it’s coming from his agent to try and create a market and get a big move or a juicy new contract

Not good enough in my opinion. Need a RW that compliments Iwobi. One build up player. One final third player. Someone who can get 20G+A a season. Nicolas pepe, Thorgan Hazard or someone similar. Could even take a gamble at Jarrod Bowen

Another player using arsenal for a better contract.

This signing seems much like the Shaqiri-esque signing Liverpool made last summer. He wont be a starter for us but could be an attacking option off the bench that's PL-proven

No offence to Fraser, but Arsenal should be attracting higher talent than Fraser. Rather we allow Reiss Nelson to develop in the squad by giving him game time than spend money on Fraser

Our interest in him seems to be in line with buying exactly what we lack at the moment. A change from the days of needing a player that offers a specific thing and never going after that sort of player.

Ryan Fraser has provided more #PL assists away from home than any other player this season

To be fair, which player wouldn't perform better if they were allowed to not be in freaking Bournemouth?

The more I think about it the more I'm not too keen on this signing. In my view we need someone better than Iwobi to improve the squad (and I like Iwobi as a rotational option). Is Fraser really much better than Iwobi?

he should stay at Bournemouth. Not sure why people on this sub are trying to drive this idea of signing him forward with cherry picked stats.

He is not coming to Arsenal. He is staying at BFC for an improved contract. Please stop posting every fucking stat about him.

He's good enough if our target is to beat Everton next year.

Why bring in attack when you need CBs and a playmaker plus they have a limited budget. for transfers. 😂😂😂
