Arsenal wonderkid Max Dowman has become the recipient of three Guinness world records following his stunning breakthrough campaign.
Dowman, 16, achieved the three records last season as the teenage winger was gradually handed first team opportunities by Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta.
Last November, Dowman became the youngest player to feature in a UEFA Champions League match when he came on as a substitute against Slavia Prague.
Dowman was 15 years and 308 days old when he made his debut in the competition, which saw him break the previous record, held by Borussia Dortmund’s Youssoufa Moukoko, by 75 days.
The attacker then made Premier League history by becoming the competition's youngest scorer at 16 years and 73 days when he netted in Arsenal's 2-0 victory over Everton in March.
Dowman broke the longstanding record held by James Vaughan, who was 16 years and 271 days when he scored for Everton against Crystal Palace in 2005 – a match which Gunners boss Arteta played in for the Toffees.
The third record came at the end of the season, with Dowman becoming the youngest player to win the Premier League, aged 16 and 144 days.
Dowman was presented with three official Guinness World Records certificates in a presentation at Arsenal.
He was also given the new Guinness World Records Football Edition 2027 book, in which the Arsenal star features as the opening player profile in its Class of ’27.
'The youngest player on our list, Max sums up what the Class of '27 is all about', said Tom Beckerlegge, senior editor of Guinness World Records Football Edition 2027.
'To have already achieved three Guinness World Records titles before turning 17 is extraordinary, and his story captures exactly why this generation of players is so exciting.
'Football never stands still. Records are broken, new stars emerge and every season brings fresh moments of genius that light up the game.
'The Guinness World Records Football Edition 2027 celebrates all of that - from the biggest stars in world football to the young players whose stories are only just beginning.'
Lamine Yamal, Jude Bellingham, Cole Palmer, Erling Haaland and Kylian Mbappe are among other players included in the Class of '27.
GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS FOOTBALL EDITION 2027 is available in stores and online from Thursday 8 October 2026, priced £12.99.

Mind you that he's not your African brother. We Arsenal fans knows him very well, and we have been following his development.

You can about your age in western world. Because whenever a person is born it goes into a record that a person is born. Unlike in Africa where we don't have records of childbirth. We should also remember our growth and their own is never the same. They grow rapidly.
