Arsenal news: The Gunners take on Liverpool in the Premier League this weekend and manager Mikel Arteta is facing a major team selection dilemma

Nonetheless, former Premier League midfielder Fabrice Muamba expects that, despite his starring performance in Merseyside six months ago, Trossard will be the forward named on the bench.

“Do I see Arsenal changing the team? Yes, Saka in and changed for Trossard," Muamba said when speaking to his YouTube channel. "Again, Trossard may feel hard done by thinking he’s done really well, but I can see why.

"This is the benefit of having a good manager and a very good squad you can swap like for like and quality for quality. That’s something Liverpool don’t have at the moment,”
