Man City in pole position to sign Rodri but Atletico want Jesus in return (Sun)

Manchester City are favourites to land Atletico Madrid midfielder Rodri but the La Liga side want Gabriel Jesus in return.

Antoine Griezmann is likely to join Barcelona for around £110million which would mean Diego Simeone's side will need a replacement.

At the top of that list is Jesus, who has often been second fiddle to striker Sergio Aguero.

This has meant Jesus has become frustrated with a lack of starts according to the Sun.

Atletico were reportedly interested in the Brazil international when City signed Jesus two years ago.

Barcelona and Bayern Munich are also interested in signing Rodrigo, but if City let Jesus go to Atletico then this would put them front of the queue.
