Milan will reportedly fine Tiemoue Bakayoko €90,000 after he was an hour late for training, before sending him back to Chelsea this summer.
According to Sport Mediaset, Milan are not buying Bakayoko’s defence that he ran out of fuel while driving to training on Wednesday.
The broadcaster adds that and his controversial parading of Francesco Acerbi’s jersey after the Rossoneri beat Lazio 1-0 last month have prompted the club to pass up their €35m option to buy the midfielder.
That decision would also be regardless of whether they qualify for next season’s Champions League.
Milan are currently in ritiro – a punitive training camp – with the Chelsea loanee’s tardiness said to be the final straw for Coach Gennaro Gattuso.

Milan just making an excuse to not exercise their option to buy, any Milan fan can tell you hes been one of their best, if not their best player this season. I'm not a fan of Bakayoko but he has improved a lot and this is clearly just an excuse cos they dont want to pay out his fee....
