Aston Villa have reportedly agreed to sign left-back Ian Maatsen from Chelsea for a fee in excess of £35million.
Maatsen spent the second half of this season on loan at Borussia Dortmund, reaching the Champions League final.
The 22-year-old is still finalising terms on a six-year contract with Villa, accoridng to The Athletic.

Chelsea will pay £50m to get players like maatsen but will keep selling great talents for lesser fee. This new owners are killing the morale of the academy boys.
