Aston Villa have agreed a deal to sign Alejandro Garnacho from Chelsea.
The 22-year-old has been convinced by Unai Emery and joins on loan with a conditional obligation to buy.
The Argentina international has travelled to Birmingham today to complete his medical and will sign a four-year contract once the move becomes permanent.
Manchester United are due a sell-on percentage.
