Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang's Arsenal future remains unclear despite firing the Gunners to FA Cup glory at Wembley.
The striker helped the Gunners come from behind to seal a 2-1 win after grabbing both goals, enabling him to lift his first piece of silverware as club captain.
Yet the 31-year-old is in the final year of his contract at the Emirates Stadium and refused to commit to a new deal as the celebrations kicked off after the final whistle on Saturday.
'I'm really not thinking about this. I just want to enjoy this with the guys and take the trophy,' he told BT Sport.
'I think we deserved the win. Everyone gave their best today for the team and yeah, we deserve it. The journey has been long but today we're enjoying this great game.'
Although the FA Cup win means Arsenal have now qualified for the Europa League next term, it still may not be enough to convince the striker to stay beyond the summer.
If he declines to extend his stay within the next few weeks, the Gunners may have to consider selling the Gabon international, as they could risk losing him on a free transfer next summer - with overseas club free to negotiate such a deal from as early as January.
Boss Mikel Arteta is hopeful that Aubameyang will remain at Arsenal, joking they could get him used to handling more trophies after clumsily dropping the cup post-match.
'He needs more experience with trophies, we can get him more used to that,' Arteta joked.
'He knows what I think about him. I want to build the squad around him. I think he wants to stay and it is just about getting the deal done.
'But I think these moments will help him to realise and believe that we are in the right path and he is a big part of that. He is loved by everybody at the club. Hopefully he can continue with us.'
Arteta lifted his first piece of silverware as manager having only taken over at Arsenal in December.
After admitting that winning the FA Cup as Arsenal boss was the highlight of his career, having also won it as a player at the club, he now hopes that following a mixed half-season at the Emirates that the Wembley triumph can provide a springboard to further success.
'I am really proud of what we have achieved because I know the difficulties and everything we have been through,' he added.
'For me personally it has so tough the last six months with a lot of things that have happened in our lives but I had just one mission when I came here and that was to make the players and staff believe we could do it.
'We had to change that energy and that mentality and just by seeing them in the dressing room all together, and the way they enjoy their profession and their time together, it makes me more proud and as a consequence of that after we can achieve things and win titles together.'

if better defenders are bought, or David luiz gets better by time, i can say Arsenal will be at the 6th place in the end of Next season πͺπ₯ They cannot go to top 4 within no time, it will definitely take a few seasons, to make up a beautiful squad ππ
