Tiemoue Bakayoko has thanked Milan for ‘believing in me’ after completing his transfer from Chelsea.
Bakayoko left Chelsea after just one season to join Milan on loan with an option to buy, and the midfielder spoke of his desire to repay the Rossoneri for their ‘support’.
“Milan, thank you for believing in me and for all your support... We’re ready to tackle to new season!” he wrote on Instagram.
He also had some words for the victims of the bridge disaster in Genoa, which killed at least 31 people.
“My thoughts and prayers go out to the victims and families affected by this unfortunate tragedy,” concluded the Frenchman.
"AC Milan, thank you for believing in me and for all the support ... Siamo pronti per affrontare la nuova stagione“

If you have never been a footballer before you will have trouble understanding what this player is trying to say here. He is not accusing anyone or the club but he is thankful that some club believe he is what they want. Remember Conte had his system of playing and that system needed players like him although he was signed with a very bad injury which is being acknowledged now and the player was rushed in to save the situation that was getting out of hand which this player rightfully helped to bring down. That did not help with his injury which had not heeled properly hence the poor showing he did later on. Playing Fabregas with him was another disaster but if Conte had not loaned RLC to Palace and played him alongside Bakayoko we would be talking something different here today. RLC does not hide in matches,he is a good tackler which Fabregas is not as that would have helped shield Bakayoko with his injured knee. Remember you can’t tackle if you have a knee injury as tackling needs good balancing with the other while the other player can’t do that even without an injury. The player is saying his story which many of us are trying to ignore and most are trying to twist the facts to make people think he is saying bad about the club. He is simple happy he will soon be playing rather than be on the bench and be criticized when ever he makes a mistake while all players do make mistakes his is the reason the team lost while other mistakes are taken as common and as a team failure than an individual cause of failure. My opinion.
