To me Messi and Ronaldo should not be among the football world best winner for 2019. I think Virgil Vandijik should be the world best footballer for 2019. If you look at their past history this year, you will agree with me.

honestly hazard deserves top 10..scratch that, he even did better than most players on top 10 last season. He had the highest goal contribution in the premier league, and provided the most assists, he even won a European trophy.
