Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain are in discussions over a swap deal between Neymar and Ousmane Dembele, say Catalan Radio.
RAC1 journalist Gerard Romero has written that conversations have opened between the clubs have opened with Diario Sport confirming such news.
Brazilian star Neymar left the Camp Nou for Paris in the summer of 2017 for a world record β¬222m fee, with Dembele later joining the Blaugrana in a deal reportedly worth in the region of β¬140m.
Neymar has continually been linked with a return to Spain since his departure with the Catalan giants and Real Madrid said to be keen on a future transfer.
The reports claim that the Brazilian would be open to a return to Barcelona while Dembele himself would be interested in returning to France football and the Ligue 1 champions.
Relations between the two clubs are not said to be good and it is acknowledged that such an operation is extremely difficult.
It is likely, although not reported, that the deal for Neymar would include cash plus Dembele from Barcelona.

If they bring Neymar back I would be happy for Barcelona, they've missed Neymars magical skill play, his connextion with Messi and Suarez brought them a lot of goals, something only Messi has brought to the table after Neymar left, Suarez pretty much disappeared, leaving Messi by himself. Bringing Neymar back would not only do Barcelona good, they would get the better end of the stick since they can easily shape Neymar back into what they made him into, a dribble machine, and unlike PSG, Barcelona know how to discipline their players, unlike PSG who doesnt know what to do. This doesn't seem possible but Neymar coming back would be much better than not. He was the star man to their greatest comeback ever against PSG, he created chances for Suarez to score, supporting Messi and taking some preasure off of him. Dembele seems to become injury pro, whether its the elevation level, or the weather in Spain compared to Germany, he seems to get injured 30 minutes into a match, which is sad to watch for any young professional player, and I still think he's too young for the pressure Barcelona brings to a player.

I hope he joins Barca again we have missed him, we need to sign him back, we are desperately in need of him, he is a great and a world class player and it will be great seeing the return of the fearsome trio, dembele is also a talented player but I prefer neymar, and if it is by selling dembele to get neymar back, I agree and Barca should start working on it.

As much as I would like to see Neymar back in Barcelona, I wouldn't involve Dembele in the deal. Neymar is an exceptional player and can boost Barca plans to win UCL. In fact, I belief Barca could have won the last two UCL competitions had they had Neymar on their squad. But I also see huge potential in Dembele and that's why I would like him remain in Catalonia. Find another package to offer to PSG while keeping Dembele.

please lord no...no no no...has the administration of barcelona been taking crazy pills for the last couple seasons? wanting to bring back neymar for dembele when dembele is highly talented and neymar is almost as injury prone. They rather a 200 million plus player benching at the business end of the season and paying for his medical bills i guess than a 100 million one who is younger, less arrogant. All of the signings last season...andre gomez...aleix vidal...yerry mina...dennis suarez...wasted money....coutinho...wasted money....selling delofeu for 1 million...paco for 23 million..bad business...calling boateng an aging midfielder who has never scored more than 10 goals in a season as a backup for suarez....having 5 centre backs but still wanting de ligt when we desperately need a striker...a left back substitute...a proper right back....but no lets sign more midfielders...so they can all bench because valverde plays the same team every single game till the guys are ragged....keep playing suarez in every game for 90 mins and give no one else a chance at the striker role even tho he hasnt scored in an away game in cl in like 3 years....someone please give me the number of this clubs drug dealer...he clearly has the good stuff
