According to Sport, Barcelona has assured Gordon's agent that the player will be registered and available for the first La Liga match.
Gordon's agent recently visited Barcelona to discuss transfer market matters with the club's sporting management. The two parties have a good relationship and will cooperate in the future, but this time their focus was on whether the English player could be registered before the start of La Liga. Gordon joined Barcelona on May 29 but still does not have a jersey number.
Barcelona is registering players one by one, and Gordon's transfer is currently their biggest signing this summer. Barcelona has assured there will be no problems, and with some players leaving, especially Ferran Torres, the club will certainly free up salary space.
Barcelona will play their first La Liga match of the new season on August 23 (CEST). There’s only one defender that barca offload if they want fix their finance and sign new defenders, and the player is no one other than kounde because the guy is in demand with a significant market value and most of the club that want him can be appeal to him unless he dont consider a move, with kounde sale eric can move to his place and xavi espert can be backup in case fort is sold, then barca can use kounde fees to sign 2 good defender, which are left centre back and left righ back, but i had prefer barca sign someone with good defensive skills at left back than attack because cancelo is very good with attack but his defense is too weak, a players with very good dribbling skills like diomande can take advantage of him very quickly, had it been he has explosive speed he can fit stopping a players like mbaffe, diomande and vini
