Barcelona legend suko dies at 87

According to Sport, Andrés Parada Alvite, one of the most memorable members in Barcelona's history, has passed away at the age of 87.

The forward, known as "Suko", died in Ferrol, Galicia, last Friday, July 24th, after being hospitalized with a lung infection. Spanish football organizations announced the news this Monday, and the Barcelona Players' Association, as well as the clubs he played for, have publicly expressed their condolences.

Although his time at Barcelona was not long, Suko was a member of the historic Barcelona team coached by Helenio Herrera, winning the La Liga title and the Fairs Cup with the team, and leaving his name in the club's golden age.
