According to Spanish media Diario Sport, Barcelona have submitted a second bid of €90m plus €30m variables for Borussia Dortmund's Ousmane Dembele.
Right after Dortmund released a statement rejecting Barca's first bid, Dembele has publicly shown his frustration towards the club by choosing not to take part in training, only to be suspended and fined by the club for his misbehaviour.
Diario Sport reports that Dembele, who is known to have firm interest of playing with Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez, finds it baffling why Dortmund do not let him go. Dembele believed the club should let him take on the new challenge of his career in Spain, because last summer he chose Dortmund ahead of Barca in a €14m deal from Rennes, and it is with this reason that Dembele thinks the club can make a great profit from him and thus becomes annoyed with the club's stance.
It is reported that Barca think their offer is as good as irrejectable and would see how Dortmund response in the next couple of hours.
