Barcelona manager Hansi Flick has surprised many with the faith he has shown in La Masia in his first season at the club, but it has brought excellent results in the form Marc Bernal and Marc Casado. However it has become apparent that there are some players that Flick is not entirely convinced by.
One of them is Ansu Fati, who is set to return from a hamstring injury next week, has been ravaged by fitness issues again this season, but even when he was fit played less than 200 minutes. On the other hand Eric Garcia has also missed nearly two months of action through fitness issues, but did play the majority of four games in a row in September.
However Flick has told both Fati and Garcia that if everyone is fit, they will struggle for regular minutes. If either wants to leave in the winter transfer window, then Flick would not stand in their way.

What a world we live in, God! Am not a barca fan but am struck by emotion and deeply heartbroken for Ansu. Ansu could be another Yamal, but why??? DESTINY? FATE? LUCK? At least, barca could have tried harder just as chelsea is trying for James. I know people might say i should mind my business but am hurt. WISH U BEST OF LUCK GUYS!!!

Both clubs do not have similar situations. I bet if Barca was financially in good shape, they would have tried to work out a program to assist Fati with his fitness issues and see if he can regain his skills but the club has more important issues to deal with, like registering Olmo.
