According to Le Parisien, Barca have made a €170m offer for Neymar from PSG.
Senior figures from the two clubs continued to meet on Tuesday, with Barcelona's technical director Abidal and general manager Oscar Grau represented, while PSG President Nasser Al-Khelaifi was not present and sporting director Leonardo was involved in the negotiations. Neymar's agent, Zahavi, also attended the talks.
The two clubs have been in talks on a "direct transfer rather than loan" basis, with Barca offering €170m and two installments for Neymar, but so far no agreement has been reached.
