Aitana Bonmati revealed she is aiming to make her return from injury for the second leg of Barcelona's Women's Champions League semi-final against Bayern Munich.
The 28-year-old has been sidelined since the end of November after breaking a bone in her leg during Spain's Women's Nations League match against Germany.
Prior to the injury, Bonmati scored six goals and provided three assists in 11 league games for Barca, while she also helped them finish top of the league phase in Europe's premier competition.
Barca qualified for the semi-finals of the Women's Champions League in emphatic fashion, thrashing rivals Real Madrid 12-2 on aggregate.
A 6-2 win in Madrid was followed by a 6-0 victory at Camp Nou, where Bonmati was in attendance as Barca reached the last four.
Bonmati was also in the stands during the men's team's loss to Atletico Madrid on Wednesday, when she revealed a potential timeline for her return.
"I can't confirm anything, but my aim is to be here [at the Camp Nou] against Bayern," Bonmati told Movistar Futbol.
"I really enjoyed watching the quarterfinal tie against Real Madrid at the Camp Nou.
"It was incredibly exciting, but it hurt to watch from the sidelines, and I hope to be on the pitch next time. I can't wait any longer."
Barca face Bayern, who defeated Manchester United in the previous round, while holders Arsenal take on Lyon in the other semi-final.
