Bayern Munich President Hainer has spoken for the first time about Klopp, who is set to become the coach of the German national team, calling the appointment "very fitting."
"What is needed now is motivation, a reset, and atmosphere. We have very good players, and everything needs to be put back in order. And I believe that Jürgen Klopp is absolutely the right person for that," Hainer said on Wednesday in Munich.
Hainer also stated that Klopp "has great appeal at all levels – among players, staff, and fans, and he can achieve this." He added: "He can win people's hearts and make others accept his ideas. He can motivate players and the entire team to step onto the field giving more than 100%." Therefore, Hainer considers Klopp's appointment to this important position "a good solution."
Hainer said that after three consecutive FIFA World Cup setbacks for the German national team, a "gloom" had settled over the team. "And if Jürgen Klopp has any strength, it is creating an atmosphere for a fresh start – he has proven this at every club he has coached. From Mainz to Dortmund, and then to Liverpool, he has been very successful everywhere he went. He brought along the fans, the players, and the entire club. This will also benefit the German Football Association."
Hainer frankly admitted that as a fan, he "was heartbroken when the German national team was eliminated in the Round of 16, or in the group stage as in the previous two FIFA World Cups. We are the largest football association in the world, have won the World Cup multiple times, and have seen many great games. As fans, we really want to see that again." And all of this can be brought about by Klopp.

That kloop is there doesn't guarantee any success. The type of players to play his style and patterns are not readily available for the national team of Germany. This isn't club football where you recruit players from wherever to suite your system or style of play. The most difficult side to manage in football is the national team, particularly those not gifted with talented players.
