Bayern Munich have tabled a fourth bid for Callum Hudson-Odoi. It's believed to have matched Chelsea's asking price of £35m.
The Bundesliga champions are very keen to sign the teenage forward, who is struggling for first team opportunities at Stamford Bridge.
Hudson-Odoi has impressed whenever he has featured for Chelsea this season, including assists for both goals in the 2-0 FA Cup win over Nottingham Forest.
However he is not a regular starter for Chelsea and with Christian Pulisic set to arrive from Borussia Dortmund next summer, his chances look likely to become even more scarce.
Bayern could offer a clearer route to first team action at the highest level, similar to Jadon Sancho, who has flourished at Dortmund after leaving Manchester City.
They had made three previous offers for the 18-year-old forward, worth up to £30m. Hudson-Odoi is keen on a move to Bavaria as he looks for more action.
Manager Maurizio Sarri however is ready to give Hudson-Odoi regular first-team football to keep him from Bayern's clutches.
'He is ready (to play more) I think. Of course we have very important players in the same position,' said Sarri.
'I can play with only two wingers I think but now he is ready. He can play, of course, some time he will be on the bench but same as Willian and Pedro.
'I can start to consider him on the same level. I don't think he should go to Germany because he is an English player. He is very young, he has the future and I think that he has a very great future here in England with the national team and with Chelsea. To stay here is better for him.'

Hudson is one of the most brightest talents at England And Chelsea should do anything to retain him in the first team ....... Bundesliga has turned out to be dynamic for many players who have got less time playing we can have Sancho,Alcacer,Maitland-Niles and Even Kagawa previously and Batshuyai and And many more ....... I don't want Chelsea to sell Odoi at all to Bayern instead loan him to Bayern for the rest of this season .........

I'm aware Chelsea might not read my message but, I beg I beg I beg I beg, please #chelsea!! do not sale #odoi c. we don't need science, magic or football coaching to realize #odoi's potential. up to now we've lost many good players due to our imprudence and it pains indeed. this last one(odoi) will hurt and hunt us for very long time surely!! only Chelsea will be to blame, at least we got some from the academy...we should be be proud of this. #Bianza

All fans yarning as if they are part of the board..That idiot board will sell this lad at last after the fifth or sixth bids..I don't know what's wrong with the team to give chance to promising players like Ampadu,Christensen,Odoi,Mousonda but they loan or sell them but look for aged players to replace them..Those young lads understand the beautiful football of Chelsea as they play from previous team.. This guy should have been introduced since Conte era and let Hazard chase is dream..Hazard is a kind of player who still commit his brilliant performance even when he wants to leave to the club but we shouldn't force him or deny him from chasing his dream..Odoi and Pulisic can hold the two wings and they should be able to cross the cross the ball into the box 6 and as well decide to dribble into the box 6 when the opponents are taller than the striker and look for better striker.. Try to bring mindful CAM who can decide and rotate with the wingers and create many chances..The team need better LB and RB who know the length and breath of the pitch..We have a great keeper which can serve the ball and play from the start with no tension and Luiz need competitor and also Rudiger..Ampadu and Jorginho should start fighting for the position and finally sorry ball will turn to Sarriball
