As part of the commercial campaign for the collaboration between the World Cup and LEGO, LEGO has released an ad video on its social media platform featuring the four captains.
In the video, Messi, Ronaldo, Mbappe, and Vinicius Jr. are sitting around a round table to piece together a LEGO toy of the World Cup trophy. After rounds of spinning the wheel on the table to decide who to place their minifigure on top of the trophy and finish the installation, the wheel stops at the front of a kid, who takes out the little man from inside the trophy and places it on top.
Since the Louis Vuitton campaign in 2022, in which both Messi and Ronaldo presented, this is the first time the two players feature in a commercial, with an even larger squad.
