Kevin-Prince Boateng rates Brighton manager Roberto de Zerbi ahead of Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola.
Boateng played for De Zerbi at Sassuolo.
He told TVPlay: "If I had had De Zerbi ten or twelve years ago, football would have been different. I think he will be the best coach in the next 20-30 years. He has been able to improve every single player he has worked with, from the reserve goalkeeper to the striker.
"I worked with him when I was 32 years old and I felt stronger than ever. De Zerbi makes you feel really involved, he knew how to cuddle with me when I needed it, to motivate me when I needed it. He really looks for the human relationship aspect of leadership and that is fundamental.
"Is De Zerbi better than Guardiola? I say yes."

Some people tend to forget that Pep generates back the money he spends. Do the math and calculate how much money he makes the clubs he coaches from titles and trophies won. Pep is goat coach. You need money to make money. Anyone that says otherwise need to enter a business school.

I think some of the people they analyse football as if they started to watch football yesterday. Guys do you know that there's a difference between a big club and a small club, some of the coachs there good on coaching average teams the likes of Unai Emery he is very good on average team but when it comes to big teams he is a failure go and check his career. So don't compare Pep with those coaches because when you coach a big team there's a more pressure than to coach a small club, when you coach a small club your tacked is to remain on Premier league that's all but when you're coaching a big club you have to win the trophies if you don't then you will be sacked. Pep is the goat🐐 no doubt
