Match Report
Bohemians trialist Eric Molloy struck a last-gasp equaliser to ensure Frank Lampard's first game in charge of Chelsea ended in a 1-1 draw.
Michy Batshuayi scored the first goal of Lampard's reign in the first half as the Blues looked to get off to a winning start under the former Chelsea midfielder.
But Molloy produced an excellent finish in the 89th minute to leave Lampard waiting for his first win since being appointed head coach at Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea fans please relax. This was basically our C team. Other than Zouma, Azpi and Michy and maybe Baker, I dont see anyone else getting into the main side. All the returning players will take the remaining spots. Relax, again this was our C team mostly comprised of players who havent played for the club in years and suddenly got thrown into a new style with new faces yet again lol. But have to admit Kacey Pamer and Kurt Zoums looked fantastic out there. Theyll be regulars soon if they keep going at this trajectory...

Lampard was just sitting there no instructions at all . I was not worried about the defeat but our style of play just changed to defence and counter attack . Players to keep : Zouma , Ampadu , batshuayi , Bakayako and if possible Zappa Loan all the rest

As a real Chelsea fan, I don't expect Frankie to win trophy this season given our situation right now but if he does win trophy, he will be remembered as one of the greatest coaches of all time. I only expect him to build a team that can play an exciting football and qualify for next season UCL. BLUES FOR LIFE

I don't see this as a huge set back for team... none of these player excluding 2-3 are our 1st team players.. our midfield is strong with kante, RLC, jorginho and have good substitute options too... we have the likes of pulisic in our side... rudiger, luiz are the wall at the back... Emerson and zouma can do well... so just sit back let frank decide which youngster will get chance in the main line up in premiere league and ucl

No much talking on this match , but I prefer Sarri than lampard , we back to our defensive and counter attacking football again , now the players are going to learn a new system under a new coach , I think Chelsea aren’t serious 😡😡😡😡

A bit of a dry game tbh but it's clear now which players are worth keeping and which are needing a loan. Non of the players fielded under 20 were able to impress to the level of starting so they're out. Izzy Brown is a good shout to have in the side. Zouma obviously gets in and his composure and passing was impressive. Overall though I see our returning players filling all the spots remaining after Zouma and Azpi take their starting positions with Michy as back up to Tammy who will probably impress in our next fixture....
