Bove collapsed against Inter but regained consciousness after hospital treatment

The match between Fiorentina and Inter has been suspended due to Edoardo Bove’s sudden illiness.

Fiorentina midfielder Bove collapsed unconscious in the 17th minute of the first half, shocking players from both sides, with many left in tears on the pitch.

There have been awful scenes in Florence. Edoardo Bove collapsed on the pitch untouched. Paramedics took him away. The Fiorentina-Inter game has been suspended. Players appear badly shaken. Both teams are back in the dressing room. 

According to multiple Italian media reports: Edoardo Bove is conscious and breathing independently: excellent news arrives for the Fiorentina player after falling ill. The midfielder is out of danger of life. The match has been officially postponed to a later date.
