Barcelona forward Martin Braithwaite has commented on his difficult relationship with his father and admits to having felt unloved as a child.
The Danish international has said his father was always very hard on him, although the latter believed he was doing the best thing for his son.
"My dad, I've said it a lot, was really tough on me when I was a kid," Martin Braithwaite told a documentary by '433' and 'Lucky Mental'.
"And it was difficult for me because I didn't really understand why. Because when you have your dad tough on you, you start to question, does my dad really love me?"
Braithwaite's father explained that he always tried to push his son and never go easy on him, even when things didn't go well for him.

some child won't understand why father's are like that. its not hating, its their method of discipline. but I also agree that some fathers are getting worse on it. but trust me, no matter how they do it, they is big love for the child in their heart which is not easy to understand.
