Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca praised new signing Estevao Willian after the Brazilian dazzled on his Premier League debut against Crystal Palace.
Introduced in the 54th minute for fellow recruit Jamie Gittens, he impressed Stamford Bridge with his speed and skillful play.
Maresca has predicted that Estevao will become an “important” player for the Blues in the future.
"The personality has been top. You can see that he is from Brazil, they are different and he is going to be a fantastic player for the club,” he told the media.
“We know about Cole (Palmer), Estevao needs time to adapt but he is going to be important for the team."
Chelsea only managed a 0-0 draw against Crystal Palace, although Estevao impressed on his debut.
