Bayer Leverkusen could finally be confirmed as Bundesliga champions on Sunday, with the climax of the title race shown live on Sky Sports.
Xabi Alonso's Leverkusen, who are yet to lose a match in all competitions this season, now lie 13 points ahead of second-placed Bayern Munich - who have won the last 11 Bundesliga titles - after the champions beat struggling Cologne 2-0 at home on Saturday.
And that means all Leverkusen now need is to beat Werder Bremen at the BayArena on Sunday, live on Sky Sports Mix, to win a first-ever Bundesliga title.
Leverkusen winning the league title would end Bayern's recent dominance of the German top flight, making them the first team to pip the Bavarian club to the title since Jurgen Klopp's Borussia Dortmund in 2012. It would also mean Harry Kane having to wait a little longer for a first trophy of his career.
Leverkusen boss Alonso, meanwhile, is on the brink of a first major honour as a manager in his first full season as a head coach.
The Spaniard was strongly linked to the vacant positions at Liverpool and Bayern, but committed his short-term future to Leverkusen earlier this spring.

If Leverkusen wins today, it would make history, putting an end to Bayern's dominance and ushering in a new era in German football. Xabi Alonso's leadership will reshape Bundesliga history, with the Europa League also within their reach... Congratulations Leverkusen in advance

Bayer Leverkusen. Always the bridesmaid, never the bride. They have fallen short so many times they have earned an unwanted nickname. In Germany they call it 'Vizekusen' - or 'second kusen'. In English, it translates as 'Neverkusen'. The German club have been runners up for the Bundesliga five times in their history and lost out in the German Cup final three times. They even lost out in the German Super Cup in 1993 and fell short in the 2002 Champions League final after being beaten by Real Madrid. *And tonight they'll defy all odds and curses to become Bundesliga Champion by beating Werder Bremen*
