Sergio Busquets was almost in tears as he analysed Barcelona's 4-0 defeat against Liverpool in the Champions League semi-final second leg clash.
The No.5 was apologised to the fans of his club after a dismal display saw them get knocked out of the Champions League.
"They have been better than us," he said of Liverpool in the post-match interview with Movistar.
"I apologise.
"After what happened in Rome, this happened again.
"It's tough to go out like this after the first-leg result.
"Liverpool have been smarter than us, they were faster.
"I think we had chances to score the goal we needed, but it wasn't meant to be today."

Losing 4-0 to a team that was fighting for the EPL on all fronts on the weekend when you had rested your entire squad and have already won your domestic league trophy. How do I explain this to my grandchildren?
