Russia has failed to convince the Court of Arbitration for sport to lift UEFA and FIFA's ban on its teams (both at club level and national team level) from competing because of Russia's ongoing war on Ukraine.

I think FIFA and CAS are a confused association. if you said sports should not relate to politics and Russia is have political issues with Ukraine and other countries, why should FIFA and CAS banned Russia? has violates FIFA laws/rules? why FIFA is not banning America when the killed Iran army general? when they invaded Afghanistan, Syria, Panama, Nicaragua, Libya? why is FIFA not banning Israel as they killing palestinians and Jordanians as at now?
