Can Tottenham end their slump? Their last 6-game Premier League winless run was in 2008-09

Tottenham will travel to Old Trafford to face Man United in the 6th round of the Premier League.

Tottenham have failed to win any of their first 5 Premier League matches this season, recording 2 draws and 3 losses to sit at the bottom of the table. According to the statistics, Tottenham have previously gone winless through the first six league rounds only three times: in the 1912-13 season (first 12 rounds), the 2008-09 season (first 8 rounds), and the 1955-56 season (first 6 rounds).

Additionally, Tottenham have collected just 18 points from Premier League matches in 2026, the lowest total among teams that were not relegated last season over the same period.
