Casemiro looks set to leave Manchester United at season’s end, with a possible move to MLS after celebrating his 34th birthday.
Club officials are already busy looking for his successor and have identified one name as a priority: Ibrahim Sangaré.
The 28-year-old Ivorian midfielder from Nottingham Forest has impressed the Red Devils with his defensive qualities and physical impact.
According to Mundo Deportivo, Manchester United are even considering making an offer, despite him being under contract until 2028.
Sangaré arrived in Europe in 2016 at Toulouse, then made a name for himself at PSV Eindhoven before joining Forest in 2023 for €35 million and establishing himself in the English side’s midfield.
This caught the eye of the Red Devils.
