Personally i would love to see him take over from Arteta in the future. He was a great leader for Arsenal, and he’d play a more offensive game i believe. Arteta is possibly to negative presently.

let him not leave Italy so quickly, these other leagues are tougher he may not succeed else where let him continue acquiring more coaching experience
