Scott Mctominay and Manchester United were victims of another controversial VAR call after Edinson Cavani’s goal against Tottenham was disallowed.
Cavani thought he had put United ahead before the half-time mark when he slotted home Paul Pogba’s pass.
However, VAR overturned the goal after McTominay’s hand had made contact with Son’s face in the build-up.

Don’t agree with the decision but they have ruled out goals for similar situations, at least they are consistent. In saying that, I hope they have a good look at VAR at the end of the season because it’s ruining the game

Poachers goal from Fred. A really good assist, and a damn good goal by Greenwood. Fancy footwork by Pogba to leave Tottenham red faced with that beautiful assist. And Cavani scored (Twice!!) United didn't just beat Tottenham 3-1, they beat Tottenham and VAR 3-1

Disallowing that goal was stupid decision ... First of all Son was not in possession of the ball ⚽️... Second is was trying to stop McTominay with hands, meanwhile McTominay was trying to escape him and incidentally touched his face ... I don’t see anything wrong here ... things like that are happening all the time ... that was an wonderful goal 🙂
