Recently, according to Korean media reports, South Korean football legend Cha Bum-kun sent a coffee truck and snack truck to his hometown team, Hwaseong FC, to boost morale as the season nears its end. Hwaseong FC currently competes in the K2 League, and Cha Bum-kun's son, Cha Du-ri, serves as the team's head coach.

Hwaseong FC announced on October 16 that Cha Bum-kun had sent the trucks to the team during training at Hwaseong Sports Complex the previous day. The gesture aimed to lift spirits among players and staff facing the demanding final stretch of the season and a series of away matches.

A banner at the scene read: "My heartfelt thanks for creating new history in Hwaseong, my birthplace. Hwaseong FC has such vibrant young players, and I'm cheering for you!" The banner also featured a particularly notable message: "Play with joy, and stay injury-free!"

This phrase carries special significance. Cha Du-ri, Hwaseong FC's head coach and Cha Bum-kun's son, has previously used this motto to encourage young players, emphasizing the importance of enjoying football rather than fixating on results.

Hwaseong FC noted that as the season reaches its final stages, pressure on players intensifies. Cha Bum-kun hoped his gesture would help players temporarily relieve their psychological burden and rediscover their love for the game. After morning training, players enjoyed the refreshments together, relaxing and regaining mental clarity in a positive atmosphere.
