For the first time since 2000, Leicester City can celebrate a Premier League win at Chelsea, who slipped to a 1-0 defeat.
Match Report
It was a hugely frustrating afternoon for Maurizio Sarri's side, who controlled large periods of the game and saw Eden Hazard - one shy of 100 competitive goals for the Blues - hit the crossbar in the first half as well as Marcos Alonso strike the post in the 91st minute when clean through.
Leicester's goal lived a charmed life in the closing stages with Antonio Rudiger heading wide from point-blank range and Alonso fluffing his lines by striking the left post when one-on-one.

2' CHANCE! Willian's shot wide out
Pedro runs down the middle and plays in Hazard, but the Belgian isn’t able to get the return pass in. He takes a while to get up after getting dispossessed.
32' CLOSE! Hazard's shot hits the bar
He takes advantage of a bad Maguire touch and is able to slip into the box and run at goal, but his ferocious effort rattles the crossbar and bounces clear! The game’s best chance so far, as the Bridge heavily anticipates Hazard’s 100th goal on the horizon!
40' Amazing save from Kepa to deny Ndidi's long shot
Pereira’s blocked shot falls onto the onrushing Leicester midfielder, who unleashes a first-time rocket from far outside the box that is matched by a picture-book save from the young Spanish goalkeeper!
51'GOAL! Chelsea 0-1 Leicester (Vardy)
Pereira makes a driving run into the Chelsea half and plays the ball to Maddison, whose sharp, incisive throughball finds an onrushing Vardy in the box, and the England forward fires it past Arrizabalaga with a powerful strike! 1-0 to Leicester, and Chelsea have it all to do now!

What a beautiful nonsense from Chelsea players, this players are playing like Arsen Wenger's Arsenal team and all they can achieve is top four.. Chelsea will need to let at least 7 players go if they want to play the real Sarri ball. What kind of full backs can't cross into the box? What kind of midfielders can't shoot from outside the box? What kind of wingers can't create chances? All they want to do is pass and keep the ball.. Did somebody tell them that possession win games? I am so disappointed with these players after seeing goals scored against man City today.. We play without determination

We,the blues army is absolutely dissatisfied for yesterday.Actually,we are not able to lose this game(Leicester city). Even,City were beat by Blue why we can lost just Leicester city? Sir,Sarri do not so smocky. We need 3 point more than possession.

Sarri, William and jorginho were all useless. reason 1. putting the young talent Odio on bench and using the old William who can't score 1 one 1 ball, he slow than the ball, he play short like someone without leg. 2. Jorginho is totally 0, can't run, no accurate pass, can't score, not strong enough for DM, ,while Fabregas, cheek and bakley were on bench, he stopped instead of him to disturb the opponent. Chelsea won man city with canter attack, I think this Sarri ball without attempt or goals is nonsense. Sarri need to be sack as soon as possible, he's very stubborn. Try this with canter attack I'm very sure Chelsea we score more goals than before

Chelsea are lacking midfielders to penetrate balls into the opponent's box also a well established Central striker is a massive problem facing the sarri's side.sarri has to seriously handle the problem by seeking fortune in the next transfer window otherwise he's going to be fired by Roman

Usually I'd say we had a bad game, but honeslty we had a decent game. Leicester were just better, they also had the strongest bus parking ability I've ever seen. But this game showed 1 thing from the sitters missed by Willian and Co. we need a new striker if we want top 4. Not even the league, just top 4 needs a new striker. So many improvements required and again that left hand side with Alonso and Luiz gets violated. The day I find out why Alonso is played over Emerson, I'll become a more knowledgeable man. One thing I don't want to hear though is that Jorginho can't pass forward cos nearly every pass he made today was a pass forward. Jorginho from all of the players probably had one of his best games for Chelsea despite the loss. I want to see more of those forward minded passes from him. Alonso can't be the left back anymore. Sarri needs to start trusting Emerson. A new Striker 150% has to come in. Overall depressing result to finally lose at home but it shows that false 9 is not the solution for breaking down defencive teams, it's a bad boy striker like Costa used to be or an accurate one like Icardi or a mixture of both like Higuain. Anything will do. Personally I want Icardi but it's clear that's not happening so either Higuain or Mertens would be a great pick up too for short term. Please Chelsea, make it happen... this striker issue is clearly huge. Non of our wingers are that great a finisher. Hazard got the best accuracy at like 75% accuracy. That says a lot about our scoring crisis....
