Chelsea are considering moving for Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino if Antonio Conte leaves the club this summer, according to Sky sources.
Conte is expected to depart Stamford Bridge after Saturday's FA Cup final against Manchester United.
Chelsea have failed to qualify for next season's Champions League and the Italian looks set to leave just 12 months after winning the Premier League title in his first season in English football.
The London club have been linked with high-profile replacements such as Luis Enrique and Maurizio Sarri, and Pochettino is another leading candidate if Conte left.
Under Pochettino, Spurs have qualified for the Champions League for three seasons in a row while operating on a smaller budget than rivals such as Manchester City, Manchester United, Liverpool, Chelsea and Arsenal.
The Argentine has three years remaining on his Spurs contract and is planning on having talks with club chairman Daniel Levy about increasing his transfer budget this summer.

Chelsea should not go for poch. conte should remain as Chelsea boss. he has experience. poch has nothing to show. Chelsea were miserable this season but have a chance of silverware against United in FA cup final.

Pinch. qualified for champion league for 3 consecutive times, is that achievement? Many years without a trophy, no it's bad and such coach shouldn't be employed @ CFC.

Poch is a good manager and Tottenham is a good team but is it Poch or is it Tottenham because they seem to can't win anything despite playing really good.......and the way Chelsea are looking to try and rebuild their club and system with the youths having Conte as manager the youths won't get enough or that chance of a lot of first team action.....that's why they are looking at Poch...Sarri and Jardim.....yes if we do keep Conte for another season we might risk some of our top top players leaving the ones we want to stay at the club......two ones the reasons we failed this season was because of Conte becoming predictable....which led teams to find us out and exploit those areas.....and Conte's decision with rotation...tactics and otherwise....second reason is that with Conte's system even our players like Hazard have too much defensive duties to do......so he's kind of limited to certain things and the service from midfield is limited or should I say poor.....with Conte's system it's kinda mainly on being strongly defensive which didn't work......and with the system we weren't clinical enough.....and if Conte is going to stay we are going to need some drastic improvements and exciting football with our youths involved.....and for Chelsea to look like the Chelsea we all know and love.
