The truth is that they canโt afford to sack him. He is on a long term contract, i believe he has over 5 years left on it. They are still paying for previous managers also. Managers go to Chelsea knowing that they will be a rich man in 18 months maximum on average. He is not a top coach but currently Chelsea are not a top team, who are very poorly run.
