There is a feeling within the Chelsea dressing room that Maurizio Sarri has become too dependent on Jorginho after the Italian was picked apart once again by Bournemouth according to Telegraph
The west London club suffered an embarrassing 4-0 defeat on Wednesday – their biggest Premier League loss of the Roman Abramovich era – and Sarri locked the players in the dressing room for 50 minutes afterwards to unpack their woeful performance.
Sarri was keen to get feedback from his players about what went wrong, and, according to The Telegraph, it was suggested that the team's style is too reliant on Jorginho.
The former Napoli playmaker followed his manager to Chelsea in the summer in a £50million deal and has displaced N'Golo Kante at the base of midfield.
However, Jorginho has been targeted by a host of teams, with Gylfi Sigurdsson stifling him in a goalless draw at Stamford Bridge and Dele Alli doing the same a few days later for Spurs, while David Brooks performed that role on Wednesday night.
Some Chelsea players fear opposition teams have 'worked out' how to stop Sarri-ball – namely, by stopping Jorginho – and believe the manager needs to consider a new approach.
While there is still a recognition of Jorginho's brilliant talent, he is in danger of being seen as a teacher's pet among his peers because of Sarri's 'obsession' with the Italy international.
Additionally, according to The Evening Standard, a number of Chelsea players have expressed reservations over Sarri's training sessions and reliance on such a small core of players.
Despite playing away at the Vitality Stadium on Wednesday evening, Sarri still had the players take part in a morning training session the same day – something he often does, though usually when playing at home – and several players felt tired for the game as a result.

there’s something that Chelsea can’t get, while in Napoli Jorginho could play and pass the ball to Milik and Dries Mertens,it was these two players that could push the ball forward to the strikers and even sometimes score, now in Chelsea they lack those two players and thought that Hazard would do it but his different from those two players in the way he plays his score, that’s why many people are complaining about Jorginho only passing and not having any assists to his name, but if Sarri can have a solution to that then his team shall play according to his style and win games just like it was in Napoli

Chelsea is a predictable team. This geezer Jorghino knows only one way to play- back passing the ball. We never see him floats the ball into the box so that Pedro/ Hazard/Willian can challenge for it. so an opponent like Bournemouth, they build a wall and no balls or goals can be scored. Fabregas would have played the game differently by floating the ball into to box. It's a dead type of football watching Chelsea play. Win or lose, challenge and attack, man, not back passing all the time.

Yes we know Sarri has been too stubbornly naive and pragmatic trying to force a goalkeeper to the #9 role, that's what he's doing to Kante and playing Jorginho as a defensive midfielder who can not defend and want his newly number nine Kante to come back and help the pass master to defend. Someone should please tell Sarri that Chelsea have successful by sacking coaches unless he's ready.

my problem is that he doesn't change formation he keep playing 4 3 3 can't you see other coaches changing formation in different matches sarriball is good but try something new please stop breaking our hearts with all these small team beating Chelsea as if we are learning this is England you have to learn fast and caution Williams and Pedro not Hazard Chelsea should learn how to give crosses, shoot from outside the box other teammates should help hazard do the damages sarri be warned

Sarri will just succeed in downing Chelsea FC. This team used to be feared for its counter-attack prowess, and fighting back ability to still win in case they conceded goal first. Teams met to Chelsea to defend, but now, those in relegation zone come to attack them, even at home! What a disaster Sarri and his system had brought! This is EPL. When they first introduced "sarriball" and they were winning, some people might have thought it would be a success. Now, his system had been mastered by other teams and his limited favourite players had been noted, and their weaknesses studied. It's a matter of exploiting them. The main target now is Jorginho, and his better alternative had been frustrated out. It wasn't easy to pass through Kante in his normal position: he had been pushed forward to attack. Could those Bournemouth's counterattacks have been successful if Kante and Fabregas were in control, assuming David Luiz fumbled? Am sorry for Kepa. All of the goals conceded would be against him. But was he being protected enough? Imaging the last 3 goals: what could he have done when all the defenders were unavailable?
