Chelsea vs Liverpool Carabao Cup Final: Predicted line-ups, kick off time, how and where to watch on TV and online

A heavyweight clash between Premier League sides Chelsea and Liverpool will decide who wins the Carabao Cup, in a match which has the potential to be a classic.

Chelsea are looking to win their second piece of silverware this season, having won the Club World Cup earlier this month, whilst Liverpool are hoping to win their first domestic cup under Jurgen Klopp.

Left-back Ben Chilwell is the only certain absentee for Chelsea, with a potential return for Reece James who has been out with a hamstring injury since December.

Thomas Tuchel's decision to start Edouard Mendy or Kepa Arrizabalaga, who has started every round of the Carabao Cup this season, is a tough choice to make, although Mendy started the final of the Club World Cup, having just come back from the Africa Cup of Nations.

For Liverpool, Klopp has already stated Caoimhin Kelleher's contribution to get the Reds to the Carabao Cup final will be rewarded with a starting place.

Roberto Firmino will not be available for the final, whilst Diogo Jota could feature on the bench after recovering from an ankle injury.

Luis Diaz has fitted into the Liverpool side almost perfectly since joining the club in January, whilst Jordan Henderson's experience may see him start as captain, having been left on the bench during Liverpool's 6-0 thumping against Leeds midweek.
