If Eden Hazard ends up leaving Chelsea to play for Real Madrid, Roman Abramovich wants Barcelona's Philippe Coutinho to replace him, per the Independent.
Chelsea have already signed Borussia Dortmund winger Christian Pulisic but they would look to spend some of their transfer haul on Coutinho.

Swapping both of them is a great deal for both sides.... Hazard Won't sign a new contract because he want to play for a top flight and they want a willing similar replacement ....both swap will be nice for both club..... Currently coutinho can't perform in Spain because of the tough side ....Those his skills can't work in Spain because most Spain players are usually smart in defending unlike EPL defenders who mark with aggression which is vulnerable to dribble
