Chelsea transfer news: Christian Pulisic faces an uncertain futue at Stamford Bridge with the USMNT star expected to depart the club
Mauricio Pochettino's imminent arrival at Chelsea means Christian Pulisic could play under his seventh different manager at Stamford Bridge.
The USMNT ace signed for the Blues in 2019 from Borussia Dortmund when he was tipped as one of football's most exciting wonderkids. Since arriving in England, the forward has failed to fulfil his potential under the likes of Frank Lampard, Thomas Tuchel and Graham Potter.
Pulisic has struggled for consistency in the Premier League. Much has been made of where his future lies beyond the upcoming transfer window with his contract up next year.
Should he not secure a move when the current season ends, he will be free to negotiate a transfer with clubs overseas at the start of 2024 - leaving Chelsea for nothing.
An attacking-minded coach should be a good thing for the USMNT star, though there are plenty of options in the final third following Boehly's £600million spending.

He’s too injury prone for his price. To be honest he’s a 25 to 40 million max signing. Chelsea haven’t played him enough to display what he can do for more than that. Cut your loses, let the kid go and be injury prone somewhere else or shine.
