Footballers spend their winter break in a variety of differing ways, and Thibaut Courtois took to Miami to take in a number of Miami Heat basketball matches, and whilst he was there MARCA caught up with the Belgian stopper.

It wasn't his first trip to the United States to watch a basketball game, with the goalkeeper having done so during his time with Chelsea, and it would be safe to assume this won't be the last occasion.
When pressed on whether he would rather win the Champions League with Real Madrid or the European Championship with Belgian, Courtois answered diplomatically.

"It doesn't matter, there's no doubt, I'd want to win one and then the other, both," Courtois declared at half-court in Miami.
The trip finished with a short basketball game between the former Atleti stopper and his friends, and there was an infamous attempt at a half-court shot from Courtois, making the most of his time away from football.
