Barcelona playmaker Philippe Coutinho has revealed that his future at the club remains uncertain.
The Brazilian, who is the most expensive transfer in the Blaugrana's history, has expressed his doubts over his continuity in Catalonia.
"I don't know if I will continue at Barcelona," Coutinho told the media.
"Nobody knows about the future, and right now I am focused on playing with my [national] team [at the Copa America]."
Coutinho could depart Barcelona on a transfer or as part of a swap deal with Paris Saint-Germain, which could see Neymar's return to the Camp Nou.
The 27-year-old has already ruled out the possibility of moving to Manchester United due to his past with Liverpool.

Honestly we dont blame you for your performance at Barca . You struggled to play as a Winger forward . You struggled to play as a left central midfielder . We all know you will deliver your best if you will be given a central attacking midfield role right behind Suarez just like at Brazil you are foing just behind Firmino and you used to do the same at Liverpool . Now Barca doesnot play the lines up with CAM role . Messi has been playing the false nine position for the past two seasons and with Ernesto staying Messi will continue to play the false 9 . And the false 9 and the central attacking midfield is gonna not work out together cuz it wil be almost same position . So even if we assign 3-1-2-4 formation and skip the Barca default 3-3-3 formation Coutinho and Messi are gonna clash in same position . I even wonder why did they buy Coutinho ? He is not really bad but one of the best . He is of no use really to Barca if he is not given the CAM role . I think Coutinho should go to a big club where he will get his natural place to play . No player can excel under Valverde. The coach will have to go for new players can reach their potentials. With Valverde still in Barca, no promising player will be willing to come to Barca except old established players which Barca don't need. Barca needs young promising player for the Future. There is need to start post Messi era building now for Barca to still be relevant. In conclusion, Valverde and the board has to go for Barca to regain it's lost glory. Forca Barca.

if he goes i won't blame him.. its not even his fault if he's performing like this. he has been bought to replace Iniesta but our coach put him in the left winger, the position he was not used to it.. I'd have like to see Cou playing as a CAM but Valverde seems to be a little brainless,,, I want him to stay and sack that coach... he's destroying players even Barça football tradition for real every Barça fan wants to see EV sacked!!! I want him to continue he is not performing because of Valverde.I know he is not better than Neymar but i don't want Barca to sign Neymar in a swap deal including coutinho.Coutinho is a player who plays for Barcelona with his heart while Neymar is a gold digger who can leave us at any movement when he will get money or where he will not be in anyone's shadow.Just play coutinho in Cam and look how he performs. As much as I like coutinho, I will love to see him play next season, he just having a rough stage in his career, it happens, he is a talented player who can scores goals and create assists, I hope to see him in Barca next season
