Cremaschi on Messi after his debut at Inter Miami: "They even stole his shorts"

Benjamín Cremaschi, young midfielder of Inter Miami, told details of the madness that was experienced in the locker room after the debut of Lionel Messi (with an agonizing goal from a free kick), in the 2-1 victory over Cruz Azul for the Leagues Cup.

The 18-year-old soccer player – a native of Miami and son of Argentine parents – said he could not keep the shirt of the Flea in his debut. "Everyone asked for the shirt. They even stole his shorts," he said in a dialogue with the media at the end of the meeting.

Looking ahead to Tuesday's match against Atlanta United, for the second date of the South Key 3, the team will return to training this afternoon, around 16 in Argentina.
