The Portuguese star left several headlines about the end of his career, his impact on different generations and his ambition to keep competing at the highest level.

The Portuguese forward was candid when speaking about his future and acknowledged that the end is getting closer and closer. “The end of my career is approaching… let’s enjoy every match,” he admitted. Even so, he made it clear that his competitive hunger remains intact: “My career has been brilliant and I want it to stay that way. I’m still enjoying myself, I’m still scoring goals.” Beyond the individual records, Cristiano also put the focus on the collective objective and on the possibility of finally winning the Saudi Pro League with Al Nassr: "But, above all, it’s about winning. And we really want to win the league." Right now, the Saudi side is top of the table, eight points ahead of Al-Hilal, although with one more match played.
