Crystal Palace are reportedly set to submit an offer to Chelsea in their bid to sign Axel Disasi (28), according to RMC Sport.
With Maxence Lacroix (26) having officially committed his future to the Blues, the Eagles are said to have identified his French compatriot as their top target to replace him. So much so that talks between the two clubs are reportedly currently underway.
On loan at West Ham United for the second half of the 2025-26 season, Disasi made the most of his spell in east London to regain the form that had eluded him until then. Quickly becoming a mainstay of the Hammers’ defence, the Gonesse-born player started 16 of his 17 appearances (scoring one goal), though he was unable to prevent their relegation to the Championship.
Not expected to feature in Xabi Alonso’s squad, the former AS Monaco player – who joined Chelsea in the summer of 2023, signing a contract running until 2029 for a fee of €45m – could therefore soon be leaving Stamford Bridge. Either to Selhurst Park… or a destination further south, whilst Italian clubs are also said to be monitoring the situation of the French international, who has five caps to his name.
